The Philippine Islands and surrounding areas have endured over 20 typhoons this year - the most recent being Rolly & Ulysses in Nov 2020.
These two super typhoons have taken over 30 lives either through flooding or land slips.
All of this on top of the COVID-19 trials in which our partners have little or no work and therefore rely on relief packages just to eat.
Sickness and disease will spread rapidly in these areas.
Please help these folk by donating for food, home repairs and to replace essential household items lost in the flooding. We will also need funds for medical assistance, prescription medications and hospitalisation costs.

covid crisis

The Philippines are still under lockdown and life is very tough at the moment.
The government is providing some support but it is not enough and the full amount is not reaching the people who need it most. Some areas and communities are missing out.
We have started an emergency relief fund to be able to assist in a small way with groceries and essential supplies for families who need it most.

Our students love to hear from their sponsor. Would you take a few minutes to write a letter of encouragement to your sponsored student and their family. Most families are doing it tough right now with lockdown, quarantines, no face to face classes at school and widespread unemployment so some words of encouragement will go a long way.
Tell them about your family, your church family, your hobbies and attach a picture of yourself if you wish.

​Our God is Faithful!   
 
Pastor Rene writes .....We have been praying for years about having our own property, where we can have our place of worship without limitations set by the land owner. It is our dream to build a multi-purpose building for church functions, livelihood training, student centre and such. We praise the Lord for providing us one!
As of now, we are in the process of making the property fruitful and beautiful, we are planting fruit trees, cleaning up the place and developing it to prepare for building a multi-purpose structure. However, the pandemic is giving us a hard time. We have opted to have our church services online.
